The first is to strengthen investigations and formulate control lists. The sub-district offices are mainly responsible for conducting a comprehensive investigation of pollution sources within their jurisdiction and establishing a complete supervision list of roads, construction sites, catering enterprises, and industrial enterprises;

The second is to implement inventory management and strengthen departmental supervision. The Municipal Environmental Commission categorizes pollution sources and implements supervision and control departments, which are responsible for strict supervision of pollution sources within their jurisdiction.

The third is to strengthen grid inspections to find problems in time and deal with them in time. All sub-district offices should strengthen grid inspections.
